For travellers who want darshan and a real mountain walk. Kedarnath and Badrinath bookend a day on the Chopta meadows, climbing to Tungnath, the highest Shiva temple in the world.

Day by day
  1. Day 1

    Delhi to Haridwar

    Drive to Haridwar and evening Ganga aarti.

  2. Day 2

    Haridwar to Guptkashi

    Drive along the Alaknanda through Devprayag and Rudraprayag.

  3. Day 3

    Kedarnath darshan

    Sonprayag to Kedarnath, 16 km trek, night near the temple.

  4. Day 4

    Descend to Chopta

    Trek down and drive to Chopta through Ukhimath.

  5. Day 5

    Tungnath and Chandrashila

    Climb to Tungnath temple and the Chandrashila summit, then drive towards Joshimath.

  6. Day 6

    Badrinath darshan

    Drive to Badrinath, temple aarti and Tapt Kund.

  7. Day 7

    Badrinath to Rudraprayag

    Mana village in the morning, then descend for the night.

  8. Day 8

    Return to Delhi

    Drive back via Haridwar, arriving late evening.

Yes, Uttarakhand yatra registration is mandatory. We help every traveller complete it before departure — just send your ID and photo after booking.

How fit do I need to be?

The Kedarnath walk is 16 km each way and the rest is mostly by road. Ponies, palki and helicopter options are available at your own cost if you prefer not to walk.

What are the room and meal arrangements?

Clean hotels on twin or triple sharing near each temple, with simple vegetarian breakfast and dinner included throughout.
